Delete my Voltora account

For anyone with a login in the Voltora Android app (com.keycode.voltora) or on this site. No sign-in needed.

What happens. Your login is deactivated and your personal details — name, phone, the photos you took — are removed. Business documents you recorded for your employer (orders, invoices, collections) stay as the company’s records, without your personal details, for as long as tax and company law require. This is the company’s decision to carry out, because it is the data controller; Keycode Technology Pvt. Ltd. records the request and follows it up.
Still working there? Once the login is deleted you cannot mark attendance or take orders on the app. If you only want a password reset, ask your Administrator instead.

One of the two is needed so the account can be found and you can be told when it is done.
