Collection and security

What is collected, and why

The permissions the app asks for

The app requests no background location, no phone, contacts, SMS or storage permission (photos are saved into the app’s own folder; “choose from gallery” uses the Android picker, which grants only the one picture you choose), and runs no foreground or background service. Tapping a phone number opens your dialer — you press call.
Where it goes, who sees it, how long it stays
- Data goes to your employer’s Voltora server, over HTTPS, and is stored there. Keycode Technology Pvt. Ltd. operates that server on the employer’s behalf.
- Inside the company, role decides visibility: a salesman sees their own work; a Sales Manager their team; an Administrator the company.
- Work records are business records and are kept as long as the employer needs them and Indian tax and company law require. On an account deletion, your personal details are removed and the documents stay without them.
- Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with any third party except hosting, and where the law requires it.
Deleting your account
Use the account deletion request. Give the login ID, or the phone or email the account was made with, and the company name as you know it. The request is recorded with a reference number and queued for that company’s Administrator, who deactivates the login and removes your personal details. You can also ask your Administrator directly.
